The Salvation Army Keystone Camp and Conference Center offers conferences, retreats, camps, school trips, and other overnight and day gatherings that can include swimming, boating, fishing, hiking, athletics on athletic fields, volleyball, basketball, tennis, arts and crafts, playground activities, archery, horse riding, primitive camping, high and low ropes courses, and a zipline. The program also hosts music and creative arts instruction, team-building events, weddings, and development and training days.
• Schedule: The months of June and July are reserved for The Salvation Army’s summer camping programs, and during the summer a 3-week Music Conservatory program is offered.
During the summer, a 3-week Music Conservatory program offers music and creative arts instruction for those involved in The Salvation Army music programs in their local communities. The Salvation Army’s mission for this program follows the broader mission of The Salvation Army, an international movement and an evangelical part of the universal Christian Church, whose message is based on the Bible, whose ministry is motivated by the love of God, and whose mission is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and to meet human needs in His name without discrimination.
