Camp Gan Israel of the Space & Treasure Coasts

Camp Gan Israel of the Space & Treasure Coasts offers a full program of sports, games, crafts, dramatics, and other camp activities. Campers take part in sports games, carnivals, dress-up days, bunk competition, Shabbos parties, Challah baking, Judaica projects, and overnights. The program also includes field trips, excursions to many local attractions, and Grand Trips to amusement parks like Sea World.

Camp Gan Israel of the Space & Treasure Coasts is part of the largest and fastest growing network of Jewish day camps in the world and has a reputation as a trendsetter with innovative ideas, creative programs, and new activities. Campers experience weekly Judaic themes that are taught through activities, stories, songs, games, and contests, and trip days are scheduled throughout the summer and geared to the children’s interests. The camp includes a fast growing Mini Gan Izzy Division that offers a summer camp experience for youngsters ages 3–4. Gan Israel campers are imbued with a deep sense of pride in their Jewish heritage and a love for the land of Israel. The mission of the camp states that it is a comprehensive program designed to strengthen the body and soul and that it provides a summer vacation of fun and excitement along with friendship and meaningful educational experiences. The children are guided in organized activity, play, and social skills by loving, patient, and caring staff who serve all year-round as preschool teachers. The leadership team includes Camp Directors Rabbi Mendel and Chaya Osdoba.
