Camp Gan Israel of the Space & Treasure Coasts is part of the largest and fastest growing network of Jewish day camps in the world and has a Mini Gan Izzy Division for children ages 3–4 to have their first experience in a summer camp. Weekly Judaic themes are taught through activities, stories, songs, games, and contests, and campers are imbued with a deep sense of pride in their Jewish heritage and a love for the land of Israel. The program is described as a comprehensive program designed to strengthen the body and soul and to provide a summer vacation that includes fun, excitement, friendship, and meaningful educational experiences. The camp is directed by Rabbi Mendel and Chaya Osdoba, and the staff are loving, patient, and caring, serving all year-round as preschool teachers and selected for their dedication, sensitivity, and understanding of children’s needs.
