The Martial Arts Center

The Martial Arts Center offers Kids Martial Arts for ages 4.5-6, 7-9, and 10+, Teen Martial Arts, Kickboxing, and Birthday Parties. The kids programs include listening skills, taking turns, social interaction, physical and social skills, focus, self-confidence, discipline, self-defense, and mental and emotional skill sets. Birthday Parties include setup, clean up, games, entertainment, and real martial art moves.

Programs

• Kids Martial Arts (Ages 4.5-6) — Ages 4.5-6 · Teaches listening skills, taking turns, social interaction, and valuable life lessons.
• Kids Martial Arts (Ages 7-9) — Ages 7-9 · Builds physical and social skills, focus, self-confidence, and discipline.
• Kids Martial Arts (Ages 10+) — Ages 10+ · Helps children defend themselves physically and build mental and emotional skill sets.
• Teen Martial Arts — Teens · Designed and taught for teenagers in a structured class setting.
• Kickboxing — A safe, structured class setting focused on body fat loss, lean muscle, and body conditioning.
