UCF STEM

UCF STEM offers AI Summer Camp, which is a crash course on Generative AI, Computer Vision, Robotics, Medical AI, and more. It also offers Camp Connect I, a week-long day camp that introduces students to a variety of engineering disciplines, Camp Connect II, a week-long day camp with a deeper hands-on experience in engineering fields, and Camp Connect Advanced, a week-long day camp with an in-depth, team-oriented STEM experience. The program also lists the MISSION: STEM Regional Competition.

Programs

• AI Summer Camp — rising 8th grade students · Crash course on Generative AI, Computer Vision, Robotics, Medical AI and more.
• Camp Connect I — Rising 8th through 11th graders; minimum 13 years old by the start of the program · June 22-26, 2026; daily 8:30am-4:30pm after first day sign-in at 8:00am, welcome at 8:30am · $200 · Week-long day camp introducing students to a variety of engineering disciplines.
• Camp Connect II — Students who previously completed Camp Connect I · July 13-17, 2026; daily 8:30am-4:30pm · $200 · Week-long day camp with a deeper hands-on experience within the various engineering fields.
• Camp Connect Advanced — Rising 10th through 12th graders; minimum 15 years old by the start of the program · June 8-12, 2026; daily 8:30am-4:00pm · $300 · Week-long day camp designed to provide an in-depth, team oriented STEM experience.
• STEM Virtual Chat Series — high school students · ran through June and July of 2020; each chat lasted up to 1 hour · Opportunity to chat live with faculty and students.
• MISSION: STEM Regional Competition — all grade levels · Competition registration and related workshop information are listed.

Camp Connect programs do not offer early drop-off or late pick-up options. A $75 non-refundable deposit is required for Camp Connect I and II; a $100 non-refundable deposit is required for Camp Connect Advanced. Scholarships are available for Camp Connect programs to students who establish need as defined by the university.
