GLAMPing offers rising 6th and 7th grade students hands-on experiences in an engineering makerspace along with leadership lessons. Summer Institutes are intensive programs for students interested in AI, Robotics and Entrepreneurship, Computer Science, and Mathematics, and include hands-on, individualized instruction with instructors. Laser & Photonics Camp serves rising 10th–12th graders interested in physics or engineering and includes hands-on experience in optics and photonics at CREOL, The College of Optics and Photonics. The Health Leaders Summer Academy (HLSA) is an immersive educational summer experience for high school students in grades 10–12 who have a strong passion for allied health sciences or medicine, with scholarships available for families with financial need.

The mission of MISSION: STEM is to engage, educate, and inspire all students, and UCF is a sponsor and host for the MISSION: STEM Regional Competition. The goal of the Health Leaders Summer Academy is to support students, particularly those from low-income and first-generation in college families, as they plan future educational goals in their areas of interest and connect with healthcare professionals from diverse backgrounds and specialties. The Health Leaders Summer Academy includes information on health-centered education tracks and programs at UCF, campus and facility tours, and hands-on activities focused on healthcare and research professions. The Center for Initiatives in STEM has moved to Technology Commons I Room 202.
