Storybook School

Storybook School offers preschool and private school programs that include infant care, early childhood education, and elementary education through K–1st grade. The program uses an enriching curriculum that includes social and developmental skills, literacy, problem-solving, and integration of STEAM, and it blends play, exploration, and structured learning. Storybook School is bilingual and describes its teachers as certified and passionate, with staff credentials that can include DCF 45 Hours, First Aid and CPR certification, a bachelor’s degree or higher in any subject with documentation, three or more years of K–12 teaching experience with written proof, and documented specialized skills, knowledge, or expertise for K–12 instruction. The program notes that Pre-K experience and certifications alone do not fulfill its K–12 teaching criteria.

Storybook School accepts Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK) certificates, participates in School Readiness, and offers the Step Up For Students Scholarship, and it describes itself as integrating STEAM into its curriculum.
