Pensacola Youth Ballet

Pensacola Youth Ballet offers Dance With Me classes, Kinder Ballet, Pre-Ballet, Prep Ballet 1, Prep Ballet 2, Prep Ballet 3, Homeschool Classes, and a PYB Company. Dance With Me is a guardian-assisted class, and the program also includes Character 6-8 and Pointe Prep 8-10 in some prep levels.

• Primary Division — walking–5 years of age · Includes Dance With Me classes and Kinder Dance classes.
• Preparatory Program — 5-adult · Introduction to classical ballet technique; some adult classes are regularly scheduled or workshop style.
• Academy Program — 10 and up · Audition or invitation required.
• PYB Company — six and older · Provides performance experience and includes Saturday rehearsals and performance opportunities throughout the year.

About the provider

Pensacola Youth Ballet’s mission statement is “Encourage, Empower, and build Confidence through Engagement.” The program has outreach opportunities and community-centered programs, performances at events like the Gulf Coast Arts Festival, Legacy Awards that award scholarships, and approval as a Step Up For Students activity.

Pensacola Youth Ballet is a pre-professional program for children ages three and up, as well as adult classes. The academy program is for students 10 and up and requires audition or invitation. The primary division is for ages walking–5.
