First Tee Junior Golf Programs is a youth development organization that integrates the game of golf with a life skills curriculum. The program offers golf-based personal growth experiences that focus on life and leadership skills in connection with the game. First Tee Junior Golf Programs is described as building game changers through its junior golf programs and preparing kids for life on and off the course.

First Tee began in 1997. It began as a partnership among the LPGA, the Masters Tournament, the PGA of America, the PGA TOUR, and the USGA to make golf affordable and accessible for all kids. Its mission is to impact the lives of young people by providing educational programs that build character and instill life-enhancing values through the game of golf. First Tee expanded by bringing its program to physical education classes across the country through in-school and after-school programs.
