YMCA Youth Programs and Camps include youth sports, recreational sports leagues, swim lessons, day camp and summer camp, and Kids Zone programs. The program also offers teen programs and teen leadership opportunities such as Youth in Government and gymnastics, along with youth enrichment and the YMCA children’s academy. Families connected to the program have access to activities such as group exercise classes like BODYPUMP, Zumba, TRX, Pilates, yoga, and water exercise classes, as well as use of strength and cardio equipment, gymnasium space, indoor and outdoor pools, a family pool and splash pad, playground, racquetball and handball courts, pickleball courts, tennis courts, a community garden, an outdoor track, hot tub, sauna, and steam room. Adaptive programs, adult fitness programs, adult enrichment programs, after school child care, community health programs, and personal training are also part of the broader offerings connected with YMCA Youth Programs and Camps.
