YMCA Youth Enrichment Programs include activities such as group exercise classes like BODYPUMP, Zumba, TRX, Pilates, yoga, and water exercise classes. The programs also include recreational sports leagues, summer camp, teen leadership opportunities such as Youth in Government, gymnastics, and adult fitness programs.

The YMCA Youth Enrichment Programs take place at a branch that offers adaptive programs, after school child care, day camp, a family pool and splash pad, a gymnasium, indoor and outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor tracks, a Kids Zone, playgrounds, racquetball and handball courts, pickleball and tennis courts, a sauna, steam room, and strength and cardio equipment. Membership includes unlimited access to all 10 YMCA locations, two hours of childcare free each day while a parent or guardian works out, Kids Zone programs with family memberships, pool and spa usage, special rates on recreational sports leagues, summer camp, and adult fitness programs, and discounts at other area businesses through Hometown Partners. Orientations are available with professional wellness staff who are nationally certified fitness and wellness experts. The YMCA of Southwest Florida has served the community for over 50 years, and its mission is to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind, and body for all. YMCAs are charitable organizations that serve people of all ages, backgrounds, abilities, and incomes, and the YMCA of Southwest Florida offers a scholarship program.
