Childcare of Brandon

Childcare of Brandon offers childcare and educational programs that include toddler and twos programs, early preschool, preschool, VPK, after school care, and summer camps for elementary age children. The program uses an electronic student tracking system and has parent-accessible Nanny Cams in every room. It also offers pick up and drop off services and flexible schedules.

Childcare of Brandon states that education is not one-size-fits-all and that every child learns in a unique way, at their own pace, with different needs and abilities. The program uses empowering educational pathways customized to meet the needs of each child and an inquiry-based approach to education tailored to the needs of the children and communities served. The highly-trained staff of educators identify strategies to help each child excel and provide an educational environment that fosters creativity, promotes academic excellence, nurtures human relationships, and inspires a natural and organic passion for learning. The program is committed to facilitating activities that encourage problem solving, innovation, and investigation to prepare children for school, life, and beyond. With four campuses, Childcare of Brandon is committed to making childcare convenient for families throughout the Greater Brandon and Riverview area. School Readiness is accepted at the Big Bend location in Gibsonton and the Missouri location in Riverview, and starting March 2025, the Bloomingdale location in Riverview will also accept School Readiness. The program describes its focus as “Peace of mind safety – convenience – learning” and lists safety as its number one priority.
