YMCA of Southwest Florida Youth Programs include activities such as group exercise classes, BODYPUMP™, Zumba, TRX, Pilates, yoga, and water exercise classes. The program also offers recreational sports leagues, youth sports, gymnastics, swim lessons, early learning, Kids Zone programs, day camp, summer camp, after school child care, teen programs, and personal training. Adult fitness programs are also available as part of the broader offerings.

The YMCA of Southwest Florida has served the community for over 50 years. The organization is an inclusive, nonprofit organization dedicated to Youth Development, Healthy Living, and Social Responsibility, and it identifies Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility as its core values. The Mission of the YMCA is to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind, and body for all.
Membership includes unlimited access to all 10 YMCA of Southwest Florida locations, two hours of childcare free each day while a parent or guardian works out, pool and spa usage, and discounts on swim lessons, early learning, youth sports, recreational sports leagues, summer camp, adult fitness programs, and more. Members also receive discounts at other area businesses through Hometown Partners, and the YMCA is open 7 days a week. YMCA of Southwest Florida offers orientations with professional wellness staff who are nationally certified fitness and wellness experts.
Teen leadership opportunities are available through programs such as Youth in Government and gymnastics. YMCA of Southwest Florida offers a scholarship program to make programs and services available to everyone and is a community-based charitable organization that serves people of all ages, backgrounds, abilities, and incomes. A community garden is also part of the available programs.
