Area Stage Conservatory Dance & Musical Theatre Classes

Area Stage Conservatory Dance & Musical Theatre Classes offers acting classes, musical theatre classes, jazz dance classes, youth musical theatre dance, academic tutoring, and homework help. Students can take group classes such as Acting I, Musical Theatre I, Acting II, Musical Theatre II, Jazz II, Acting III, Jazz III, Student Pro Acting, and Student Pro Miscast Cabaret, as well as acting workshops and musical theatre camps. The program also offers private lessons in acting, voice, dance, piano, ballet, pointe, musical theatre jazz, tap, on-camera acting for film, audition prep, and monologue work, along with the Broadway Bites Summer Break Camp.

• Schedule: Academic tutoring and homework help are available Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, with additional class options scheduled on weekday afternoons and evenings; Broadway Bites Summer Break Camp runs June 8–August 7.
• Price: $425 per session for Acting I, Musical Theatre I, Acting II, Musical Theatre II, Jazz II, Acting III, Jazz III, and Student Pro Acting; $600 per session for Student Pro Miscast Cabaret; private lessons are $45 for 30 minutes, $75 for 1 hour, and $112 for 1.5 hours.

Area Stage Conservatory offers theatre classes for ages 6–9, 10–13, and 14 and older, with invitation- or audition-only Student Pro Acting and Student Pro Miscast Cabaret for students ages 14 and older. Les Misérables: School Edition is offered as a summer production for advanced Stage III performers ages 14 and older, and The SpongeBob Musical: Youth Edition is offered as a summer production for Stage I and II students, with new audition dates for Les Misérables: School Edition scheduled for May 11–13, 2026 at 5:00 PM. Student Pro Acting is led by Artistic Director Giancarlo Rodaz. The program includes free academic tutoring and homework help with enrollment in any class, an academic support program at no additional cost, and need-based scholarships for qualifying families and students. Area Stage Conservatory states that it offers professional group classes, private lessons, and elite performance opportunities for students of all ages and abilities, with a performance-driven curriculum focused on acting, singing, and dancing and complimentary academic support integrated with arts training.
