• Schedule: Train in the morning, study when it works for you, with rolling admissions and options for fully virtual, hybrid on-campus, or customized schedules coordinated with training times

SAI Academy offers a comprehensive counseling program that includes college counseling, NCAA counseling, NCAA eligibility tracking, scholarship guidance, admissions prep, and tools for tracking academic progress. The curriculum uses NCAA-accredited and NCAA-approved courses designed for academic rigor and college preparation. The program’s mission is to empower students to reach their highest potential both academically and athletically and to become leaders and changemakers in their communities and beyond, in a holistic environment that nurtures both physical abilities and intellectual growth and focuses on cultivating champions for professional success.

SAI Academy partners with clubs and coaching organizations nationwide to deliver hybrid learning models and custom academic programs, aligning academic schedules, training blocks, and player development plans. Partnerships can include on-site hybrid classrooms, shared training schedules, customized enrollment pathways for entire teams or club programs, and a branded academy experience for clubs. Programs are accessible with several tuition pathways depending on location, club affiliation, program level, and state-based funding opportunities, and families may qualify for school choice scholarships or education savings programs in select states. The program also includes quarterly service initiatives and a Champion mentorship program.

The leadership team includes Shamini Ghay (Co-Founder / Chief Executive Officer), Milan Maini (Co-Founder / Chief People Officer), Wey Wey Wong (Chief Compliance Officer), Rich Aplin (Director of Soccer Development), Sarah Chadwick (Director of Academics), Lauren Richards (Director of Operations), and Will Morea (Director of Curriculum). On-site hybrid classrooms may be included in partnerships, where hybrid students may spend part of the day or week training with their club or coach and complete academic coursework either on campus or online.

Parent and student testimonials describe flexible scheduling that allowed a student to pursue tennis while keeping up with academics, a soccer player earning a scholarship while staying on track during tournaments, and a self-paced school environment with many resources and time to bond with teammates. One parent notes that the curriculum is challenging, teachers are supportive and engaged, on-site staff go above and beyond, and their child receives social time with peers, additional training, and what the parent describes as quality education.
