Therapeutic Recreation (TR) Programs include physical fitness, arts and dance classes, social events, community trips, and life skill programs. Programs, activities, and events offer a supportive, social environment with chances to explore and discover new hobbies with friends. TR Membership is for anyone interested in participating in TR activities and involves joining other TR members and staff in these programs.

The TR Division aims to provide inclusive, intergenerational recreation, leisure and play opportunities for individuals in the community with physical, intellectual and developmental disabilities. The TR Division is supervised by a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS), and programs are created by CTRS staff with the assistance of TR staff. The TR Membership process includes completing a TR Membership Form and a meeting with the TR team to set goals and select activities.
