About
Therapeutic Recreation Division offers inclusive, intergenerational recreation, leisure, and play opportunities for individuals in the community with physical, intellectual, and developmental disabilities. The TR Membership includes physical fitness, arts and dance classes, social events, community trips, and life skill programs.

About the provider
The program is supervised by a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS). Programs are created by CTRS staff with the assistance of TR staff at Azalea Recreation Center. The TR Division says its programs, activities, and events offer a supportive, social environment, and the mission statement says it aims to provide inclusive, intergenerational recreation, leisure, and play opportunities for individuals in the community with physical, intellectual, and developmental disabilities.
To join the TR Membership, complete the TR Membership Form. A member of the TR team will contact you to schedule a meeting and assist with setting goals and selecting activities. Then come out and have a great time with other TR members and staff.
