The Salvation Army Keystone Camp and Conference Center offers conferences, retreats, camps, school trips, and other overnight and day gatherings that can include swimming, boating, fishing, hiking, athletics on athletic fields, volleyball, basketball, tennis, arts and crafts, playground use, archery, horse riding, primitive camping, high and low ropes courses, and a zipline. During the summer, the program also offers a 3-week Music Conservatory program with music and creative arts instruction for those involved in The Salvation Army music programs in their local communities.

The Salvation Army Keystone Camp and Conference Center is a year-round center with a modern dining hall and conference facility, swimming pool, boating and fishing areas, hiking trails, athletic fields, volleyball, basketball, and tennis courts, an arts and crafts building, playgrounds, an archery range, horse riding, primitive camping sites, high and low ropes courses, and a zipline. It has a variety of lodging and meeting rooms to suit the needs of groups of different types and sizes and is available for church or corporate retreats, development and training days, school groups, service clubs, government agencies, nonprofit organizations, weddings, and team-building events. The Salvation Army’s mission for this program follows its overall mission as an international movement that is an evangelical part of the universal Christian Church, with a message based on the Bible and a ministry motivated by the love of God, aiming to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and to meet human needs in His name without discrimination.
