Martin County Parks and Recreation Summer Camp Programs include outdoor play, learning and educational opportunities, and field trips. The program also includes Swimming Provides Learners with Aquatics Safety & Health (SPLASH) entry-level swimming lessons at Sailfish Splash Waterpark. Camp days run Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• Ages: 5–13 years old
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m., offered June 1st–July 31st in 9 weekly sessions with week-to-week registration
• Price: Jensen Beach Summer Camp: $100 per week (sibling discount available); some summer camp programs are free for eligible youth
All summer camp programming includes lunch, field trips, a t-shirt, and the opportunity to participate in SPLASH entry-level swimming lessons at Sailfish Splash Waterpark during the program. Summer camp programs are offered at no cost in three convenient locations for eligible children. FREE Teen Summer Programming and volunteer opportunities for teens are also available. Staff members are level two background-screened by the Department of Children and Families and are trained and certified in CPR and First Aid. Camp locations have license numbers C19MA0027, C19MA0025, and C19MA0017. The summer camp programs are supported by the Children’s Services Council of Martin County. Martin County is one of 67 counties in Florida and was established by an Act of the Florida Legislature in 1925. Martin County government states that it is value and service driven and describes a mission of being known as an innovative and progressive leader providing cost-effective county services.
