YMCA of the Treasure Coast Youth Programs include sports, youth sports, team sports, pool activities, basic swim lessons, competitive swimming, childcare programs, recreation, group exercise, and personal training. Childcare programs focus on safety, health, social growth, and academic enhancement, and are described as building skills, friendships, and belonging. These childcare programs take place in a safe, nurturing learning environment under the supervision of qualified, professional staff.

• Schedule: Holiday hours at the Stuart Main Branch include limited hours on Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day, with the pool closing earlier on those days, and the branch closed on Christmas Day. The Stuart Main Branch fitness center is open Monday to Friday from 5:00am to 9:00pm, Saturday from 7:00am to 5:00pm, and Sunday from 7:00am to 3:00pm. Lap swim hours at the Stuart Main Branch pool run Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 1:00pm and 4:00pm to 8:00pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 7:00am to 1:00pm. The Indiantown Louis Dreyfus Citrus Branch operates Monday to Friday from 7:15am to 6:00pm. The Port St. Lucie program operates Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 9:00am and 2:00pm to 6:00pm.
