Carrollwood Black Belt Academy offers Little Dragons, Young Warriors, Adult & Family classes, an After-School Program, Spring & Summer Camps, a Demo Team, and a Competition Team. Little Dragons is for ages 4 to 6, and Young Warriors serves beginner, intermediate, or advanced youth. Adult & Family classes are for adults and young adults.

About the provider

The academy was established in 1999 and is described as one of the first Martial Arts After-School Tae Kwon Do programs established in the Tampa Bay area. Sensei Miranda is listed as the leadership contact. Students are escorted and transported from several elementary schools. The school has no contract, offers a first free class, requires students to earn their belts, holds promotions twice a year, requires a minimum age for testing, and states that students must be 16 years old before they are eligible for a black belt.
