All About Kids Learning Center

All About Kids Learning Center offers arts and crafts, imaginative play, and physical activities, along with programs in Spanish, Library, Robotics, Art, and Dance. The center is described as a higher learning child development center with a wide array of programs in a dynamic educational setting and includes a fully equipped nursery. From infants to school-aged kids, each child participates in programs in an environment created especially for them, using a variety of age-appropriate teaching strategies and developmentally appropriate curriculum for ages six weeks to pre-kindergarten.

All About Kids Learning Center states that its mission is to create an engaging, loving, challenging, and fun environment and to build a community in which parents and teachers partner together in the development of each student. The center offers an enriched learning environment for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers and provides enriched programs for education, including a Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten Program (VPK) that is a free program for children who will be 4 years old on or before September 1st. All About Kids offers academic and recreational programs for children after school, as well as special programs for early-release and no-school days, and is currently enrolling for its Summer Camp Program.

The program’s approach to learning and teaching is through child-centered play and education, with a challenging learning environment offered through age-appropriate educational practices that encourage self-esteem, individuality, and confidence and are fostered by positive relationships with staff and students. The center teaches the mind, fosters creativity, and helps to develop good exercise and healthy habits. All About Kids Learning Center is a multicultural school with roots in the community and emphasizes that parents and teachers are active in the development and care of each student.

Teachers at All About Kids Learning Center hold a minimum of a CDA, associate’s degree, or bachelor’s degree, and many of the teachers have been with the center for more than five years. The center accepts ELC (Early Learning Coalition) and GSA (Government Subsidy Assistance Program) and offers discounts to teachers and active duty military.
