About

Peak Performance Swim Camp offers swim camps, swim clinics, Learn to Swim programs, virtual coaching, triathlon training, dry-land training, yoga for peak performance, and open water swim events. The program also offers personalized training at home from Olympic Coach Nick Baker.

Peak Performance Swim Camp’s mission is to maximize swimming potential through a holistic training approach. Its holistic training philosophy is based on mental, technical, and physical conditioning as described in The Swimming Triangle. The program uses a positive coaching style and most camps maintain an eight swimmer to one coach ratio, with personal time within each practice for individual feedback and a daily wrap-up session. The camp has an open-door policy for parents to observe every practice.

PEAK coaches have an average of 25 years of professional experience from across the country and abroad, and most have worked with Coach Baker for many years. All PEAK coaches employ Coach Baker’s positive coaching style, endorse the PEAK mission statement, and participate in the PEAK Your Knowledge Continuing Education program. All coaches have completed Red Cross safety training.
