The Music Class Inc. is an early childhood music education company that offers research-based music and movement classes for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers, and all programs are designed to teach children in the ways they learn best. The program is family-owned and operated, and the founder, Rob Sayer, still teaches his own classes every week. The Music Class was founded by Rob Sayer in Atlanta, GA, in 1998 and has grown into an international program with over 1,000 locations and 75,000 students worldwide. It offers both mommy and me style classes and a preschool music curriculum, and families have the option to schedule a free trial class.

The leadership team includes founder and director Rob Sayer, COO and director of TMC in China Raina Sayer, and Executive Vice President of Operations and Technology David Wetzel. Staff credentials include teachers and leaders with degrees and professional backgrounds in music and dance, such as Berné Poliakoff, who majored in Voice at the College of Charleston and has been a professional musician her entire adult life; Bowen Hoadley, who has a BA in Music from Georgia State University; David Wetzel, who is a graduate of Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA; and Doris Seiden, who holds a B.F.A. and M.F.A. in Dance from the NYU School of the Arts and is the Director of Family Keyboard Classes, Inc., and co-founder and choreographer of Calck Hook Dance Theatre. Many Atlanta teachers can be heard on the award-winning recordings used in class, which feature Rob, Raina, and many The Music Class teachers, students, and alumni.

The Music Class describes its core values as quality and inclusivity, embracing families from all cultures and backgrounds and standing against racism in both classrooms and music. It is an international program based in Atlanta that works closely with center directors around the world and is supported by a small office team based in Atlanta. Families in various locations have shared Google reviews describing their experiences with The Music Class, including comments about enjoying classes over multiple years, enrolling in every season, and using the songs and instruments at home.
