For more than 85 years, Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta has ignited the unlimited potential of kids and teens by creating safe, inclusive, and engaging environments. The organization has 25 Clubs in 9 counties across metropolitan Atlanta that have traditionally served nearly 8,000 kids and teens each year and oversees Camp Kiwanis, a 160-acre outdoor residence camp. The mission of Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta is to ignite the unlimited potential of kids and teens by creating safe, inclusive, and engaging environments, and its vision is thousands of young leaders thriving in life and strengthening the futures of their communities and the world. The program is staffed by trained, dedicated, and nurturing staff.
Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta is partnering with AmeriCorps to recruit individuals who want to support youth and is proudly supported by United Way of Metropolitan Atlanta. It is a 501(C)(3) charity accredited by Charity Navigator and GuideStar and is an equal opportunity provider. According to Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta, nearly 90% of their Club kids report they feel good about their future.
