Rockdale Gymnastics

Rockdale Gymnastics offers gymnastics, karate, dance, cheerleading, and crossfit. The program also hosts birthday parties, summer camps, and parents night outs. The facility includes a beam area, tumble track, back floor area, karate room, crossfit area, pool, back slab area that was once a skatepark, and a back field.

• Schedule: Class and activity options Monday–Friday afternoons and early evenings, plus Saturday morning hours

Rockdale Gymnastics is a family run business that has been influencing the lives of families since 1983. Humble beginnings began in 1981, and 40 years later Rockdale Gymnastics has grown to host tens of thousands of kids. The leadership team includes Coach Joe, Coach Chelsea, Coach Erikah & Avery, Coach Zaynah, Coach Cynthia & Drew, Coach Michael & Charlee, and Coach Dimahndi. Rockdale Gymnastics has been influencing the lives of families since 1983 and helps kids find their way in life through karate, dance, cheerleading and gymnastics, ensuring that kids have an outlet to stay happy, healthy, and active.
