Rockdale Gymnastics

Rockdale Gymnastics offers activities that include gymnastics, karate, dance, cheerleading, crossfit, use of a skatepark area, and pool time. The program also hosts birthday parties, summer camps, and parents night outs for kids. The facility includes a beam area, tumble track, back floor area, karate room, a former dance room now used as a crossfit area, a pool, a back slab area that was once a skatepark, and a back field.

• Schedule: Class and activity options Monday–Friday in the afternoon and early evening, plus Saturday morning hours

Rockdale Gymnastics has been influencing the lives of families since 1983 and has a 40-year history. The business began from humble beginnings in 1981 with the friendship of Joe Ashley and Drew Davis and grew from an old warehouse with a gravel parking lot, expanding multiple times to add the tumble track area, back floor area, karate room, and crossfit area. It has hosted tens of thousands of kids for birthday parties, summer camps, and parents night outs and helps kids find their way in life through karate, dance, cheerleading, and gymnastics. Rockdale Gymnastics is a family run business led by business partners Joe Ashley (Coach Joe) and Drew Davis (Coach Drew), along with staff members Coach Chelsea, Coach Erikah, Coach Avery, Coach Zaynah, Coach Cynthia, Coach Michael, Coach Charlee, and Coach Dimahndi. Rockdale Gymnastics states that its mission is to ensure that the kids of today's generation still have an outlet to stay happy, healthy, and active.
