Camp Southern Ground Summer Camp

Camp Southern Ground Summer Camp offers week-long residential camp sessions during the summer. The camp is run tech-free and includes programs and activities designed around three main goals: growing unique gifts, growing healthy bodies, and growing good communities. The camp also uses its own organic farm with a focus on helping kids connect with the food they eat and where it comes from.

Camp Southern Ground Summer Camp is an inclusive residential camp serving children ages 7–17 from all socioeconomic backgrounds, races, and religions. It brings together typically developing children, children with neurodevelopmental differences, children from underserved areas, and children from military and veteran families. Camp Southern Ground was founded by Grammy Award-winning artist Zac Brown with the stated purpose of putting more good into the world, and Zac Brown is listed as the founder. The organization supports military and veteran families for the remainder of the year through programs such as Warrior Week, Warrior PATHH for veterans, and Family Camp for military and veteran families. The state-of-the-art facility can also be leased for retreats, corporate events, and galas.
