AR Workshop

AR Workshop offers hands-on craft classes that include wood workshops for projects like wood signs, trays, porch signs, and seasonal projects. The program also offers candle pouring workshops where participants mix scents to create their own candle and fragrance, chunky knit blanket workshops for classic and specialty knit blankets, and canvas workshops for items like canvas pillows, wall hangings, tote bags, and youth aprons. Additional options include watercolor, embroidery, charcuterie, hat burning, jewelry, cookie decorating, handlettering, and texture art workshops, along with group activities, private parties, summer art camps, and DIY-to-Go kits, with tools and materials provided and cleanup handled by the studio.

In 2016, Maureen Anders and Adria Ruff introduced AR Workshop. The leadership team includes Maureen Anders (Co-Founder / Chief Executive Officer), Adria Ruff (Co-Founder / Creative Director), Ryann Fairweather (VP of Operations), Libby Martel (VP of Strategy and Brand Development), Emily Ostrowski (Director of National Marketing & Brand Partnerships), Joanna Rapuzzi (Director of Franchise Development), Kellie Smith (Operations and IT Manager), Melissa Bowen (Brand Manager), Jillian Russell (Franchise General Counsel), and Jen Carver (Content Contributor). AR Workshop’s flagship store is in Pineville, NC, and the brand has more than 125 franchises across the country, with Crafty Cruiser mobile offerings available in some locations.
