Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Peachtree City offers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes for men, women, and children, including beginner-to-advanced classes. Beginner adult martial arts classes are structured for students with no previous experience, with zero fitness requirements to start, and students learn the 36 core techniques of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a fun and cooperative environment. BJJ at this center relies on technique and timing rather than strength, speed, or athleticism, and students have access to an online platform featuring detailed, interactive videos of every technique in the curriculum.
