Camp Twin Lakes

Camp Twin Lakes offers weeklong overnight camping programs that include activities such as zip lines, rock walls, horseback riding, interactive nature exploration trails, and stargazing programs. The program takes place on campuses that include a wheelchair accessible green treehouse and a 120-acre farm.

Camp Twin Lakes owns and operates three accessible, medically-supportive campuses that are fully equipped to accommodate campers of all abilities. Camp Twin Lakes provides Camp Partners with adapted camp programming, specialized facilities and equipment, tailored nutrition services, and skilled support staff. Camp Twin Lakes opened its cabins in 1993 and has been operating for more than 30 years. Before Camp Twin Lakes opened its cabins in 1993, groups in Georgia supporting families living with serious illnesses, disabilities, and other life challenges did not have adequate facilities to provide safe and therapeutic camp programs. Camp Twin Lakes developed its tailored programming with more than 70 Camp Partners. Camp Twin Lakes partners with more than 70 other nonprofit organizations and works with Corporate Partners that support the program through direct funding support, cause-marketing initiatives, and volunteerism. Camp Twin Lakes offers year-round camp programs and weekend programs for children and families during the school year.
