Tift Gymnastics Academy offers gymnastics and tumble classes, 2026 recreational summer camps, birthday parties, kid's night/parents' night out, and competitive team programs and camps. Kid's Night/PNO is held every Friday night from 7:30 to 10:00 and includes pizza for $20.00.

The facility includes up-to-date and new gymnastics equipment, a snack shack, a lobby with wifi, and a pro shop. The staff is highly trained and certified, with over 27 years of coaching experience and backgrounds in highly competitive gyms across the U.S. Coach Ben has coached girls to the NCAA and to SEC programs at Georgia, Auburn, and Kentucky. Over the past 10 years, the program has had over 300 state champions, as well as regional, national, Team Georgia competitors, and team state championships. Tift Gymnastics Academy is a USA 2018, 2019, 2020 National and 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 NGA national qualifying gym. The stated mission is based on 1 Timothy 4:8: “Physical training is good, but training for godliness is much better, promising benefits in this life and in the life to come.”
