Tiftarea YMCA Youth Programs include activities such as aerobics, aquatics, Ballet Academy, karate, pickleball, and a variety of youth sports including fall soccer and T-ball. The program also offers childcare, after school care, a youth program, holiday camp, summer camp, and summer camp programs. Additional events and activities include a Father-Daughter Dance, the Lamar Jackson Golf Tournament, the Polar Bear Plunge, Tour De Tifton, and Y-Christmas.

It is part of a nonprofit organization of over 2,700 Ys located in 10,000 communities across the United States dedicated to strengthening the communities that they serve.
