Programs range from foundational options for young beginners to competitive leagues and elite teams, including Apex Rush Recreational programs, a 9U–10U Academy program, and a Select program for teams 11U–18U, as well as Apex Rec Soccer for ages 5U–15U with no tryouts and a guaranteed 50% minimum playing time for every player. Through its connection with the world-wide Rush organization, Iowa Rush Soccer Club is part of a network of over 110 Rush clubs worldwide, and Iowa Rush players have guest playing opportunities with State Cup teams, ECNL teams, and other Rush clubs across the nation, while Iowa Rush Select teams have won a number of state and regional tournaments.
