Schedule your 30 min eval before you join a class. The coach will film and watch the way you run, jump, change directions, and squat. Then goals are set and placement decided (high school group class, semi private, one on one, etc.). Capacity is often limited, and those who schedule the phone call quickest have the best chance at training slots that fit their schedule.

What families say

“We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Off the Field! Our 11year old son has been training with Chris for semi-private classes during the off season to build strength and keep him in shape during summer in prep for his first year of full pad football, and the progress we have seen has been incredible.” — Sara H.
