Shoshin Ryu Martial Arts offers Youth Classes for ages 5 to 13 and Adult Classes for ages 13 and up. The youth schedule includes Monday 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm, Tuesday 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm, Wednesday 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm, Thursday 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm, Saturday 9:15 am - 10:00 am, and Saturday 10:00 am - 11:00 am.

About the provider
Shoshin Ryu is a Japanese based system of Jujutsu in Meridian Idaho. It is both bujutsu and budo, and the program emphasizes personal character development, self improvement through self defense, and practical martial arts training. It is led by Sensei Jesse Bair and Sensei Chris Peterson. The dojo is part of a broader system of 14 Shoshin Ryu schools across the USA. Sensei Bair has 30+ years martial arts experience, and Sensei Peterson has over 20 years experience in Shoshin Ryu martial arts.
The dojo offers classes for adults and children in a supportive, non-competitive environment. Monthly membership has no contracts. No charge for testing. Inquire about discounts for families of 3+.
