Tumbling Times offers classes in cheer, tumbling, and gymnastics, including recreational classes and team options. The program also provides open gym times, registration for ongoing classes, and private lessons. Students can participate in groups such as the Junior Bronze gymnastics team, Bronze level for the gymnastics Fusion team, Novice 1–intermediate level for the Elk Grove Acrobats tumbling team, Fusion Cheerleading, the Fusion Xtreme cheerleading team, and the Fusion Tumbling Team.

Tumbling Times was launched through local park districts in 1996 and later expanded into a standalone facility in 2014. The gym states that its goal is to build confidence, courage, strength, and self-control in a fun, safe atmosphere and environment. The program has grown to include a revamped website with a new makeover and a more user-friendly database, and it highlights a sense of friendship and family as something people love about the program.
Owner Jody Wrenn is a former gymnast who started Tumbling Times through local park districts. Manager and Coach Lacey Wilson serves as cheerleading director, gymnastics team coach, tumbling team coach, recreational class instructor, and co-founded Fusion Cheerleading. Coach Molly Morris is a sophomore at College of DuPage, was a gymnast at Tumbling Times for many years, and did gymnastics for four years at Willowbrook High School. Coach Sunni has been coaching with Tumbling Times since 2001, previously served as head coach of the Elk Grove Acrobats tumbling team for 10 years, coached the Hoffman Flyers gymnastics team and the Starfire Cheerleading team, co-founded the Fusion Xtreme cheerleading team in 2016, and was both a competitive gymnast and a college cheerleader. Coach Heather has been coaching cheer, tumbling, and gymnastics for over 15 years and coaches recreational classes for ages 18 months and up, the Bronze level for the gymnastics Fusion team, and the Novice 1–intermediate level for the Elk Grove Acrobats tumbling team. Coach Riley Wilson has won multiple gymnastics state titles and a National Cheerleading Grand Championship, has led teams to two state gymnastics titles and several grand championships in cheer, is attending Lindenwood University as a Division 1 cheerleader, and is part of the NCA Speed Staff.
