NFL Alumni Youth Football Camps offer non-contact football programs where kids work on football skills and life skills. The program includes activities that focus on running, throwing, catching, and competing like NFL players within a non-contact format.
• Ages: 6–14 years old
Camps are led by pro coaches with supplemental instruction from real NFL Alumni Heroes. Pro Sports Experience, LLC operates the camps and is led by Owner/President Tom Finks, with a core management staff that includes National Operations Director Mike Gross, Chief Financial Officer and Attorney Lisa Finks, and Communications Manager Kaitlin Palmer. Since 2002, Pro Sports Experience has operated over 900 community-based youth sports camps and serves families in 9 NFL markets nationwide. The organization is an officially licensed partner of the Chicago Bears, Green Bay Packers, Tennessee Titans, and the National Football League Alumni Association. Tom Finks and Pro Sports Experience are featured in a 30-minute documentary called “Legacy of Hope,” which follows their work with Parents for Peace and Justice and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee, and shows Emmy Award winners Mike Leonard and Mary Kay Wall documenting their efforts with at-risk kids in Chicago neighborhoods.
