Fox Valley Golf Academy Junior Program offers youth golf through camps, leagues, and a rolling curriculum dedicated to youth golf. The program also includes camps and clinics for more experienced players at the high school level. Juniors can play golf for $5 on specific days and times.
• Ages: 6–17 years old
• Schedule: Juniors play golf Monday–Wednesday after 4:00 p.m.
• Price: Juniors Play Golf for ONLY $5!
Fox Valley Golf Academy states that it provides a “golf journey” for young players from ages 6 through 17 with progressive instruction at every stage. The program welcomes youth who are new to the game for an introduction to the basics and offers ways to grow their game through camps, leagues, and its rolling youth golf curriculum. The academy also offers camps and clinics for more experienced players at the high school level.
Youth on Course is connected with the program and provides juniors with access to golf benefits at multiple facilities across the area, with all Youth on Course rounds required to call the course the day of play for walk-up availability. For Youth on Course rounds, tee times cannot be made in advance, and any tee times made in advance require full payment upon check-in.
The leadership team includes Ben Nachtwey, PGA General Manager; Dan Stahl, GCSAA Head Golf Course Superintendent; and Claudine Boettger, PGA Head Golf Professional. Orchard Valley has been distinguished by Golf Digest Magazine as a 4 1/2 star facility.
