Burlington Area YMCA Gymnastics & Cheer Camps include tumbling, gymnastics skills, games, free time, organized activities, team challenges, and supervised free play. Depending on the camp theme, activities can also include Christmas themed crafts and games, group and individual challenges, Christmas movies on the projector, board and interactive games such as Candyland, Sorry, checkers, giant Jenga, Twister, and stick it tic tac toe, outdoor games, an Easter Egg hunt, costume day, crafts themed for each holiday, movies on the projector, ocean crafts, mermaids, pirates, gymnastics instruction, a bounce house/obstacle course, tie dye, and water games and activities outside.

• Ages: 3–13 years old
• Schedule: Full-day camps for ages 5–13 run in one-week sessions such as Christmas in July (7/6/26–7/10/26), Game Crazy! (6/22/26–6/26/26), Holiday Hoopla (8/3/26–8/7/26) from 8:00am–4:30pm, with a multi-week Gymnastics Camp for ages 5–13 from 6/8/26–7/24/26; half-day Pre-K & Kinder Camps for ages 3–5 run within 6/15/26–7/17/26, with individual sessions listed as 6/15/26–6/19/26 and 7/13/26–7/17/26 and camp times available 8:30am–12:00pm and 1:00pm–4:30pm.
• Price: $110/week for YMCA Members and $135/week for Community participants for Christmas in July, Game Crazy!, Gymnastics Camp Ages 5–13, and Holiday Hoopla; $65/week for YMCA Members and $90/week for Community participants for Pre-K & Kinder Camp Ages 3–5.

Snacks are provided, and participants may bring their own snacks, especially if food allergies are present. For full-day camps, participants bring a sack lunch and a refillable water bottle. For water games and activities outside, participants bring sunscreen, swimwear, and a towel every day, and for tie dye they bring a white T-shirt to dye on Monday; Pre-K & Kinder Camp water activities also call for sunscreen, swimwear, a towel, and a white T-shirt to dye, and a mid-camp snack is provided for this camp. The camps are co-ed, offer full-day options for ages 5–13 and half-day options for ages 3–5, and a coach is available for guidance on tumbling and gymnastics skills during free time. Themes for Pre-K & Kinder Camp include Ocean Exploration and Christmas in July, tie dye and water activities are weather pending, and an email is sent the Friday before each camp week with a daily schedule. Registration for School Day Outs is open, Summer Camp registration opens March 2nd, registration for these camps remains open until all spots are filled, and the Burlington Area YMCA states that everyone belongs at the Y.
