Cary Park District Youth, Teen, and Adult Sports Programs and Leagues include activities such as Youth Basketball, Flag Football, Gymnastics, Lacrosse, Martial Arts, Soccer, T-Ball, Tennis Lessons, Golf, Swim Lessons, Adult Softball Leagues & Tournaments, and a Men’s Recreational Softball League. The Men’s Recreational Softball League includes games played as doubleheaders on Thursdays at 6:30pm, 7:30pm, and 8:30pm, with a summer league start date of Thursday, May 14 and a fall league start date of Thursday, August 6. Teams in this league can expect to play a minimum of 10 regular season games followed by a single elimination tournament.

The Cary Park District has been awarded the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting for its Fiscal Year 2024–25 Annual Comprehensive Financial Report by the Government Finance Officers Association, and this is the 19th consecutive year it has received this achievement. For the Men’s Recreational Softball League, 60% of the team roster must reside within the Cary Park District boundaries to receive the resident rate, and a manager meeting is held prior to the start of the season. For the 2026 summer softball season, a schedule and standings, a fillable roster, 2026 Softball League Rules, and a 2026 Approved Bat Company Listing are available. Building hours for the Community Center & Administrative Offices are Monday through Thursday from 5:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
