About
Youth Theatre gives young children and young performers at all experience levels the chance to learn the basics of live theatrical presentation. Each child who registers is cast in a part, and staff are expert in drama, comedy, choreography, and music with extensive early educational experience. Each program ends with a live stage musical presented over 2 to 3 days.

The Champaign Park District Youth Theatre program says participating children take away a new appreciation for the arts. Each program begins with a Parent Meeting after registration.
Every child who registers for the program is cast in a part. Youth Theatre Staff are expert in the fields of drama, comedy, choreography and music and have extensive early educational experience. Young performers at all experience levels are encouraged to register.
