Baby Gym Children's Gymnastics Center offers gymnastics classes that include warm-up, study of gymnastic elements such as somersaults, racks, and wheels, and exercises on gymnastic apparatus like rings and bars. Children also take part in stretching, including splits, bends, and bridges, various strength exercises, coordination tasks using a log, bench, and obstacle course, trampoline jumping, and acrobatics. The program also hosts birthdays and holidays.

Baby Gym Children's Gymnastics Center offers gymnastics for children from 1.5 to 3 years old, from 3 to 4 years old, from 5 to 6 years old, from 7 to 10 years old, and from 11 to 16 years old. Groups are limited to up to 10 children, and in one hall, training for three or four groups can take place at the same time, with each group having its own coach and its own zone. Kids train in a comfortable environment with a parent, and all coaches follow the same program and are interchangeable. The center uses a professional approach to amateur sports, an author's program for children, a unique motivation system for young athletes, funny and original characters, and a system for interaction between the child, the coach, and other children. It is important for participants to have socks.

The coaching and teaching team includes Jacob, who has more than 9 years of experience working with children, is a Master of Sports in Gymnastics, a multiple prize-winner of championships, and a graduate of a University of Physical Culture. Zoe has 6 years of experience in competitive gymnastics, 10 years of experience in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and women's wrestling, is ranked 3rd in Indiana women's wrestling, holds a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and is a junior at Columbia College. Vadim, the Baby Gym owner and CEO, has experience in gymnastics since 2012 and holds a bachelor’s degree in Management and a master’s degree in International Sports Management and Marketing from the National Research University Higher School of Economics, as well as completing the FIFA/CIES Executive Programme in Sports Management. Takhira has 8 years of teaching experience, a bachelor’s degree in pedagogy from the State University of Tashkent, and teaching experience at Chicago State University. Mason has more than 8 years of experience working with children, is a Master of Sports in Gymnastics, and is a winner of the 3rd Summer Youth Sports Contest and the French Open. Margaret has more than 3 years of experience working with children, is a Master of Sports in sports acrobatics, and is a multiple winner of championships and international competitions. Alice has more than 5 years of experience working with children, is a Candidate for Master of Sports in Gymnastics, is a winner and prize-winner of international competitions, and is a graduate of a Faculty of Physical Culture.

The program states that it always strives to give guests quality, service, and comfort. Baby Gym Children's Gymnastics Center has been operating under the Baby Gym name from 2014 to 2026.
