About
Baby Gym Children's Gymnastics Center offers gymnastics classes that include warm-ups, study of gymnastic elements such as somersaults, racks, and wheels, and exercises on gymnastic apparatus like rings and bars. Children also do stretching including splits, bends, and bridges, various strength exercises, coordination tasks using a log, bench, and obstacle course, trampoline jumping, and acrobatics. The center also hosts birthdays and holidays.
• Ages: 1.5–16 years old
• Schedule: Training for children of all ages lasts 50 minutes.
Baby Gym Children's Gymnastics Center uses an author's program for children with a unique motivation system for young athletes, funny and original characters for more engagement, and a system of interaction between the child, the coach, and other children. Groups are up to 10 people, all coaches follow the same program and are interchangeable, and unprofessional sport and recruitment go on all year round. Parents can observe the entire training process, can come up at any time, and it is important for children to have socks.
The center has a spacious hall with trampolines, children's rings and bars, and a soft path, and in one hall three or four groups can train in parallel, each with its own coach and its own zone. The mission statement of Baby Gym Children's Gymnastics Center is: “We always strive to give our guests the best: quality, service, comfort.” The program has been operating under the Baby Gym name from 2014 to 2026.
