Chicago Rec Sports offers a range of youth sports and camp activities, including Toddler Tee Ball, Early Child Basketball, Toddler Soccer, Toddler Music & Movement, and Toddler Tumbling. Older children can join Baseball, Boys Basketball, Girls Basketball, Cheerleading, Flag Football, Soccer, Track, and Volleyball, as well as Summer Camp and Holiday Camp sessions.

Chicago Rec Sports lists Jerusha Richardson as Managing Director. The program’s mission statement is that Chicago Rec Sports (CRS) is a one-stop-shop for fun and affordable recreational youth sports. Camps include sports, hands-on experiences, and Educational Development Activities, with both Half-Day and Full-Day options available. Programs focus on Social, Emotional, and Athletic Development (S.E.A.D.). Teenagers ages 13–19 can participate in paid leadership roles as Coach Mentors through T.E.A.L. Chicago Rec Sports is primarily funded through player registration fees and follows a strict refund and credit policy, with credits usable for any future program within a 6 month period and exceptions made if a player relocates more than 50 miles from the Chicago Rec Sports main office. Scholarships are awarded every season.
