Hot Shots Sports offers sports classes, camps, leagues, parties, and school programming that include activities such as archery, baseball, basketball, dodgeball, field hockey, fitness, floor hockey, football, golf, gymnastics, multi-sports, Nerf!, pickleball, soccer, softball, tennis, tumbling, ultimate frisbee, volleyball, yoga, ninja warriors, and a running game. The program includes both recreational and competitive options for emerging and competitive athletes, as well as private and small-group lessons, tournaments, and special events. Summer classes are open with classes for all ages in over a hundred locations, and interactive camps focus on development and fun.

Hot Shots Sports is owned and operated by founder Steve Duman and partner Steve Daly and has decades of operating experience originating in Illinois. The organization describes itself as America’s premier youth sports programming organization and Illinois’ premier youth sports educator, with programs delivered at hundreds of partner facilities across the Chicago, Phoenix, and Milwaukee metropolitan areas. Every coach completes a background check and holds CPR certification, and the organization employs a full-time, full-benefit coaching staff rather than part-time contractors. Partner facilities are covered under comprehensive insurance with facilities named as additional insured, and each program includes a dedicated Site Supervisor for facility partners, with hands-on executive oversight rather than a franchise model.

Hot Shots Sports partners with park districts, schools, community centers, private facilities, and faith-based and other organizations to deliver youth sports instruction, fill off-peak facility hours, support school-day and out-of-school-time programming, and build family and community programming.
