Edwardsville Arts Center Youth Art Classes and Camps

Edwardsville Arts Center Youth Art Classes and Camps offers painting, drawing, sculpture, clay, mixed media, and hands-on STEAM projects. The program includes both youth art classes and Summer Art Camps that focus on these studio activities.

• Ages: 4–18 years old
• Schedule: 4–6 week art classes that meet one night a week; Summer Art Camps with half-day camps for K–2 and full-day camps for 3rd–5th

Founded in 2001, the Edwardsville Arts Center has connected Edwardsville and surrounding communities through arts experiences for more than 20 years. Its mission is to inspire the lives of youth and the creative spirit of adults through classes, exhibits, and cultural events. The Edwardsville Arts Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit community visual arts organization that serves local, regional, and national artists while creating ways for people of all ages to engage with both traditional techniques and contemporary practices and to celebrate diverse perspectives. It is supported by a small staff and a network of volunteers and also presents artwork through satellite galleries, community programs such as ART-Reach, the ART East Studio Tour, and the Edwardsville Art Fair each September, which is a three-day juried event featuring 100 artists, local food vendors, live entertainment, and free children’s art activities.
