Aaron Confer is the Youth Development Director for Elburn Summer Camp. Staff are carefully selected and screened and are put through State and National extensive background checks. They are CPR and First Aid certified, DCFS-mandated reporters, and trained in child development, group and behavioral management, risk management and emergency preparedness, aquatics and swim safety, bullying and peer pressure awareness, and field trip and bus safety.
