Bowes Creek Golf Academy Youth Programs are led by PGA trained professionals who provide individualized instruction. Mike Lehman is the Director of Golf, has been the lead junior golf instructor at Bowes Creek since its opening in 2009, and instructs the Swing Coach program. Bill Krueger is the instructor for Bowes Creek Tiny Tots Golf.

The staff addresses full swing dynamics, short game, putting, course management, and the mental game, and uses computer swing analysis at no charge for custom individual instruction. The 2026 Swing Coach program includes a range pass with unlimited range balls at the Bowes Creek practice facility and allows the student access to the coach as needed. Short Game Clinics focus on pitching from 30–90 yards and chipping, and Putting Clinics cover grip, posture, alignment, green reading, and putting drills used by top putters; these clinics are not for beginning golfers. On-course playing lessons focus on course management and require previous instruction with Bowes Creek Golf Academy staff.

PGA Junior League uses a two-person scramble format and match play scoring with flags and points, and the fee includes PGA instruction, a weekly practice, five competitive matches with range balls, on-course practice, and spectator golf carts for home matches. In Tiny Tots Golf, an adult must accompany each tot, and all attempts are made to reschedule rain dates if needed. The US Kids Development Program has five levels that become more technical, teaches and tests Putting, Around the Green, Full Swing, Knowledge, and Scoring Achievements on the course, and develops players to play in the US Kids local tournament program and IJGA events. Each US Kids Development Program student receives a hat and must earn a checkpoint achievement pin in all core testing areas before moving to the next level, and completion of Level 3 is required before registering for Levels 4 and 5; golf clubs are available if needed for this program.
