Top Flight Volleyball offers private volleyball lessons that focus on specific skills such as passing, setting, hitting, serving, defense, and advanced strategies. Each session includes ball control drills, explanation of the individual skill being worked on, and drills that incorporate that skill, with options for individual position training and strength and conditioning. Private lessons are available for all volleyball positions and can include between one and six athletes, with a coach assigned based on the position and skill the athlete wants to work on.
• Ages: 12–18 years old
• Schedule: Team check-in is held at 8:30 am unless otherwise communicated; each private volleyball lesson is conducted on a per hour basis.
• Price: If a lesson is canceled after the 24-hour window, the family is billed for the price of that lesson; cost is to be determined for sand events.
Top Flight Volleyball was founded in 2008 with 90 athletes and trained nearly 2,500 athletes this past season.
