Beech Tree Studio

Beech Tree Studio focuses on colored pencil art, including drawing, color mixing, colored pencil blending, and other colored pencil techniques. The program offers regular classes and workshops that include these activities. These 3 hour classes also include weekly coaching, teaching, and camaraderie where seasoned professional artists sit alongside brand new beginners.

Beech Tree Studio was founded by Andria Burchett, a colored pencil artist and instructor who also hosts the Beech Tree Studio Community, an online colored pencil platform. The program describes itself as an encouraging, challenging space for colored pencil artists that offers personalized instruction, genuine support, and one-on-one attention from dedicated instructors. Its mission notes that artists of all skill levels are part of a collaborative and inspiring atmosphere where participants can explore creativity and enjoy creating together. Andria teaches regular classes and workshops in her studio, as well as workshops for Ann Kullberg. Her award-winning colored pencil art has been featured in multiple international publications and in the BucketFeet shoe line.
