Bright Lights Theatre

Bright Lights Theatre offers music classes, theatre classes, and dance classes, along with summer camps. The program also provides private lessons in all aspects of theatre, voice lessons, and college audition preparation. Programming is available throughout the year for students at all levels, from a first acting experience to more seasoned actors, dancers, and singers.

• Schedule: Year-round classes in music, theatre, and dance, plus a full summer schedule of camps; office hours Monday–Thursday, 12–2pm

Bright Lights Theatre states its mission as “Providing Quality Theatrical Education to the Chicago Suburbs.” The program describes its belief that the arts enhance a child's artistic abilities and their ability to live in the world with confidence and compassion, and that skills learned during classes and camps are intended to support a better sense of self and future skills. The owner and artistic director is Jared Titus. One parent, Joan K., reports that instructors are skilled and talented and describes the environment as warm, inclusive, encouraging, and supportive of creativity, confidence, hard work, and public speaking with confidence.
