Wesley Child Care Center offers days-off-from-school activities, school age summer camp, and full-day summer camp programming. The program includes year-round full and half-day preschool, as well as before and after school care for Glenview District 34 families. Full-day summer camp programming is available for children ages 2–12.

Open since 1972, Wesley Child Care Center has been serving the Glenview community since 1972. The preschool is centrally located near public transportation and downtown Glenview, and its location is convenient for frequent student walking trips to local parks and attractions. Wesley’s mission is to provide a trusted, nurturing, secure and developmentally enriching experience for children, serving the unique needs of families within the community.
The center is a non-profit, non-sectarian child care program. It was one of the first child care centers in the United States to achieve accreditation by the National Academy of Early Childhood Programs and is licensed by the Department of Children and Family Services. Highly qualified, degreed teachers have strong backgrounds in early childhood education. The program maintains low child/teacher ratios and small classroom sizes, and full-time staff members receive benefits that encourage retention and continuity in the classroom.
Wesley works daily with all six District 34 schools and the Glenview Park District to provide school age programs, including days-off-from-school activities. The center operates a cooperative network with all six District 34 schools and the Glenview Park District. Scholarship assistance is available for families unable to pay the full cost of child care, and the program offers a scholarship assistance program.
