Wesley Child Care Center offers full and half-day preschool, before and after school care, days-off-from-school activities, and school age summer camp. The program also provides full-day summer camp programming. Preschool students take frequent walking trips to local parks and attractions.

Wesley Child Care Center is a non-profit, non-sectarian child care program that has been open since 1972. Wesley’s mission is to provide a trusted, nurturing, secure and developmentally enriching experience for children, serving the unique needs of families within the community. The center has highly qualified, degreed teachers with strong backgrounds in early childhood education, and full-time staff members receive benefits that support retention and continuity in the classroom. Low child/teacher ratios and small classroom sizes allow greater personal attention for each preschool child. Wesley Child Care Center was one of the first child care centers in the United States to achieve accreditation by the National Academy of Early Childhood Programs and is licensed by the Department of Children and Family Services. Through a cooperative network, Wesley works daily with all six District 34 schools and the Glenview Park District to provide school age programs, and the school age summer camp uses the same highly qualified after-school program staff. Scholarship assistance is available for families unable to pay the full cost of child care.
