Sports Camp focuses on fundamentals, building upon skills, and providing fun game time throughout the summer.
The mission of the program is to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all. Through Y summer programs, the social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development of all youth are nurtured and celebrated. Participants in youth development sports programs build skills, learn about teamwork, and focus on sportsmanship. Y afterschool programs serve kindergartners through grade schoolers with a variety of programmatic and activity options.
When families give to the “Y For All” Annual Campaign, they fund programs that serve thousands of children, adults, seniors, and families, and 100% of each gift goes toward programs in the community. Sheila Turek is the contact for Summer Day Camp, and Justin Genz is the contact for Sports Camp.
